4 plus 2 = William Soh

Yesterday was a bad day, not Friday but bad Thursday. Everything seem not in the right place when you are trying to get everything right. After so many incidents, I given a deep thought when I was on my way home in a train. I have to change my perspective and style of working asap, otherwise the various companies just wont grow and it might even lead to collapse due to lazy people who is not working hard and people who is giving trouble to the companies. 

Just had a good shower and think I should blog it down and move on with life and new activities after putting down all these bad incidents that happen in a day. In fact, after all these incidents, I felt that I should not bother about any people who is not interested, and not sporty enough to take challenge. They should taste the failure and wake up their idea. 

Anyway I should focus on my 4 plus 2, as over the past few years in business, they are the ones that fight with me, stay with me, wait for me to wake up my idea. Yes, I woke up already, and I m ready to fight aggressively in this March 2016. My mood is better now, especially after I recall back all the sweet moments with my 4 plus 2, smile when I recall back all the funny moment that we once had together. 

Elson Soh, the longest fighter in my 4 plus 2, despite how terrible I can be in my business and how bad reputation I can get from my haters, he is always there for me. He don't really bother, he don't really talk much, but he know he must be there for me when I need him. 

Daniel Chin, a quiet fighter who always standby for any assignment and project, to the extend of giving up his high salary job just to stay with me, waiting for me to fulfill his dream. He also don't bother about what people says about my company and he is someone that care for me through his silent action. 

Hayden Chen, a caring fighter who will call me, text me, to console me whenever I m down. He treasure every single opportunity that I given to him. He always give his priority to me even through our pay out is so low, yet he still work hard for it. A person who know me well in other way. 

Jacky Goh, a backstage fighter who trust me 101%, always give me everything he have, even when I fall sick, he can come all the way to my house just to visit me. He listen to whatever I teach him, despite he is stubborn at time, but he still accept it when he know I m angry. 

As for my plus 2, they are my two important women in my life, which is Irene Choo and Snow Ang. They are with me for more than 10 years and 8 years. Two super loyal and faithful women that can stand my bad temper and attitude, two women that goes through all the ups and downs with me. 

I hope to see more sincere people around me, people who seriously care for me, love me, accompany me, trust me, and can withstand my stupid and idiot character, I will treat you better than how I treat myself. This is me, a stubborn character that will never change, as I want my people to succeed in their lives. Soon, very soon, I want to gather my 4 to come together for a show and project, including my plus 2 as well. 

This blog is to put down my thoughts and my sadness for the day, and remind me to move on and put down all bad experiences, plus learn to accept the realistic people around me. Well, no money no talk, my price tag still valid! 

Lastly, I will make sure my 4 plus 2 will succeed this year, at the same time hope to have more people working together with me, giving me everything of you, and you will get more than what you expect, but first of all, GAIN MY TRUST AND LOVE first.

Everybody has a price tag

It is true that everybody has a price tag, and I do have a price tag as well. It don't take you anywhere better for being good to people around you, as nowadays people do not really appreciate, especially when you work FUCKING HARD for them. The world is changing and people also changing, and it is not wrong for people to care more for themselves than for other around them. 

There are many people that will make use of your resource to build their fortune, and there are also people who will stay beside you no matter how poor you can be. But seem like people around me recently is taking advantage of what we can give them, as such it is time for me to flash my price tag. I do not want to get question nor scolded when you are helping people out of good intention, so you will pay for what you get.

Leads are important to many industries, and it is never difficult for me to collect new leads for any industry, but do you know what is the price of one potential lead? It is not difficult for me to gather potential clients to go into property, insurance and other business investment, but why must I share the leads to earn the pathetic commission of $20k out of $100k whereby I have to work days and nights to get the deal for the agent? I might as well earn the 100% myself right?

From disappointment until to the extend of giving up, why not I just stay focus on people who really trust me, have the confident in me, and most important pay me handsomely. Yes, I should set down my objective and focus on people who are hungry for money, rather than for people that rather stay there waiting for you to feed them. Of course, people who are hungry must also come to me yourself, as I wont want to waste time going after them, reminding them, as this is not my job end of the day. 

As a business consultant, a branding and marketing adviser, a sales executive, a strategy planner, a crazy workaholic, I rather get paid first before you speak to me. If you cant pay, then give me something that I might be interested at, otherwise do not come to disturb me. If you are serious in becoming a successful person, please take me seriously, and do not take me for granted. 

My price tag is for people who can afford to pay me, my consultation and working fee start from $10,000 per project, depend on how big you want, how far you want to see yourself or your business travel. From today onward, please ask for my price tag before we talk.

Thank you because you made me a stronger person today

It had been quite a few weeks I didn't blog as I'm really busy with my works and planning for 2016. Before I share what is going to line-up for 2016, let me just recap back 2015 first. In 2015, many things happen, especially for Royal Entertainment as we finish a SG50 Celebration Concert, and a few outdoors and indoors events and music showcases, a few video productions for local and overseas artistes and personalities. Not to show off what we have, but to share what we have done, as this entertainment industry is about results and how strong you can be in order to survive. Not that I'm fucking attitude towards new talents or artistes at time, but the fact is that Royal Entertainment do not need talents and artistes that are skeptical, and we do have a pool of good artistes and personalities under our management. 

Despite that I'm a bankruptcy and a person with bad name in this industry, but I have more friends and supporters than before, even more friends than those of my loyal haters and enemies. The reason is because I'm a straightforward person, I never hide my past and I also set down my terms and conditions for everything and any friends, including my colleagues and working partners. By the way, for my loyal haters and enemies, thank you for following me for past five years, as I'm thankful for your unlimited badmouthing and your kindness for not forgiving me. Thank you because you made me a stronger person today.

I work hard for many years, learn a lot of new things and met a lot of good positive people around me, giving me opportunities to grow my business and assisted me in setting good foundation for business etc. Today I have a team of staffs with me, and I would like to thank Irene and Snow for staying with me for more than 8 years, including the music fans who know me since 2006. Of course my existing colleagues from ex-company that I handle marketing for, which includes Tommy and Aisha, and Wilfred who will be leaving for a better career advancement. Anyway, I'm throwing a farewell party for Wilfred this coming Monday with the whole management team attending, as I felt that he is a person that deserves the farewell party.

I would also like to thank a special person, her name is Charlene Eng, a very nice and humble person with good IQ and EQ, strong in branding and marketing. Despite we are competitors in the entertainment industry, we still work projects together. Her personality and character is so strong and in fact she is my ideal type of girl that I always want to look for. :) Hope Charlene don't get shocked, but think I did tell her before.

Not forgetting to thank Daniel Lee and Beverly Tan for all the support and trust too! Also big shout-out to Desmond Lim, Kelly Chen, Tan Lam Siong and Tan Cheng Kiong for the support! This year, we will also be releasing more new songs and variety productions in Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan, not forgetting about music showcases and album promotion tours as well.

Anyway I do need love and companionship, as I'm not young already. Time to find someone who really love me, care for me, most important trust whatever I do and never doubt in me. Even if the person is attached or married, it wont bother me also, as love is always one-sided for me. I'm not selfish, but I'm rather protective after being hurt by many of my haters and enemies out there. I don't hate them but just don't hurt my friends around me.

If you are somebody who have free time or looking for companionship, maybe you can come into my world, I would say this is a interesting place that you will not bear to leave, as I can be very different in the confined world of mine. I might care for you more than you care for me, maybe because I m born in the year of dragon and the month of scorpion.

Lastly, a person who maintains a doubting attitude, as toward values, plans, or the character of others, please do not look for me as you will confirm MIND my past and my fucking attitude plus bad character. :)
